Technical Project Manager – IT Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Lead to drive a major integration effort following the merger of two insurance organisations. The role will focus on consolidating software packages and core business systems, including Salesforce, into a unified landscape that supports the entire enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a dedicated squad, acting as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily team activities, ceremonies, and operational processes.
• Drive technical coordination across multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain clear communication with both business representatives and technical teams.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Oversee solution implementation, including system testing, solution design, and architectural discussions.
• Support data‑mapping activities and contribute to integration engineering efforts.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the maturity to engage business teams and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
• Confident decision‑maker with a genuine interest in technology and digital transformation.
• Quick learner who can rapidly understand new environments, systems, and business contexts.
• Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Broad technical expertise across multiple platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, Axon, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, AWS, or other cloud‑based functions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and business application ecosystems.
• Data‑mapping and integration engineering capabilities.
