Team Lead Customer Care

About the role

LIZY is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for its Belgian Customer Care team. You will be responsible for leading, training, and expanding a high‑performing group that delivers an exceptional customer experience and maintains a top‑tier NPS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow the Belgian Customer Care team, hiring and developing A‑players.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve processes, SOPs, and the ticketing system.
• Own automation initiatives and data‑driven insights to support scaling and efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s NPS of 4.7 by ensuring outstanding service.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align customer care with business growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven performance in a digital scale‑up’s Care or Customer Success department.
• Strong team‑leadership experience, with a track record of developing talent and meeting ambitious goals.
• Hands‑on experience implementing care‑related tools, systems, and automations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable solving complex problems in a fast‑growing environment.
• Growth mindset, eager to learn, share knowledge, and adapt to change.
