Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Join Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain hands‑on experience in recruiting, employer branding, and intern program management. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and engaging journey for all interns from the first contact to onboarding and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full internship cycle: collect requests, run recruitment campaigns, onboard new starters, and support exits.
• Foster a positive intern community and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day‑to‑day recruitment activities across various functions.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects such as process improvement, career fairs, content creation, and career site updates.
• Provide operational support including managing the TA mailbox, creating newsletters, and assisting with translations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about Human Resources, recruitment, and employer branding.
• Independent, well‑organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a team.
• Fluent in two of the three languages (Dutch, French, English) with a good understanding of the third.
• Available for the period September 2026 – December 2026.
