Senior Manager Rewards (Belgium & Luxembourg)

About the role

As Senior Manager Rewards you will bring Coca-Cola Europacific Partners' global reward strategy to life in Belgium and Luxembourg. Working at the intersection of business, people and performance, you will design and deliver local programmes that attract, motivate and retain talent while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global reward principles into local programs that support business priorities and employee engagement.
• Act as the primary Rewards partner for the Country People & Culture leadership team, advising on compensation, benefits, wellbeing and recognition.
• Lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programmes, including salary reviews, incentive plans and job evaluations.
• Provide market insights, benchmarking and recommendations to keep reward offerings competitive and compliant.
• Drive local and CCEP‑wide reward projects, transformation initiatives and the implementation of wellbeing and recognition solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop the Senior Rewards Analyst and foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional rewards qualifications are preferred.
• Significant experience in designing and managing compensation, benefits and total rewards programmes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into operational solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market benchmarking and data‑driven decision making.
