Social Media Content Creator & Designer

About the role

This position is for a creative professional who blends strong visual design abilities with a deep understanding of social media dynamics. Based in Belgium, you will craft human‑centred content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads, using both traditional tools and emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design, edit and deliver short‑form videos, reels, shorts, motion graphics, static designs, thumbnails and advertising creatives.
• Develop hooks, scripts, subtitles and visual concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable tools) for video editing and After Effects for motion graphics.
• Create branded visual assets with Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software.
• Leverage AI content‑creation tools to boost productivity while preserving authentic storytelling.
• Translate marketing and business requirements into executable creative concepts for B2B audiences.
• Produce assets for paid campaigns, including Google Ads creatives.
• Collaborate proactively with team members and stakeholders throughout the creative process.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience creating social‑media content.
• Ability to balance emerging AI tools with genuine, human‑focused storytelling.
• Strong attention to quality, authenticity, consistency and audience engagement.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and experiment with new formats.
