French‑Speaking CX Marketing Consultant

About the role

Huble is seeking a French‑speaking CX Marketing Consultant to join its HubSpot‑focused consultancy. You will work with mid‑market and enterprise clients in Belgium, helping them design and implement marketing strategies, technology architectures and customer‑experience journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define success metrics, audit existing marketing and MarTech stacks, and recommend best‑practice improvements.
• Design marketing and CX strategies, including messaging, target audience profiling, journey mapping and behavioural change design.
• Develop and configure HubSpot solutions such as inbound marketing, ABM, lead nurture, marketing automation and website CRO.
• Brief creative, SEO and paid‑media specialists as well as junior consultants on campaign requirements.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, produce reports and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted value‑add partner.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Analytical mindset with a research‑driven approach to problem solving.
