Local Growth Marketeer

About the role

As a Local Growth Marketeer you will drive new‑customer acquisition for Triodos in Belgium by creating data‑driven brand and acquisition campaigns. You will work closely with the Belgian marketing team and collaborate with international groups to align local actions with broader growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch brand and acquisition campaigns aimed at attracting new customers in the Belgian market.
• Optimize digital channels such as SEA, SEO, display and social media to maximise reach and conversion.
• Work with brand managers and group growth marketers to ensure consistent messaging and translate group initiatives into local execution.
• Analyse performance data, refine campaigns, identify growth opportunities and feed insights back to the group.
• Contribute to a culture of shared learning where local insights support group‑wide success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, brand campaigns or new‑customer acquisition.
• Strong alignment with Triodos’ mission and values, especially sustainable finance.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across local and international teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
