Social Media & Community Marketeer

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Marketeer to join our fast‑growing international team at Prado. Based in Ghent, you will work closely with designers, content creators and performance marketers to manage our social presence across multiple brands and markets, primarily in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing, updating and optimising social media accounts and other platforms across several brands.
• Create, schedule and publish posts in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle daily community management, responding to comments, questions and direct messages.
• Collaborate with US content creators and the performance marketing team to ensure consistent activity across channels.
• Monitor engagement data and identify opportunities to improve content formats and frequency.
• Contribute to the development and execution of a social media content calendar with the branding team.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and propose creative ideas to grow reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in social media management for multiple brands or markets.
• Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest or YouTube.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across brands.
• Organised, proactive, comfortable handling multiple tasks and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French or German is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, but candidates with less experience will also be considered.
