Digital Campaign Specialist

About the role

Vlerick Business School is looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to translate its marketing strategy into measurable, high‑impact online campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and business units, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of paid media across multiple channels and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy in line with the overall marketing plan.
• Set up, monitor and continuously optimise paid online campaigns across the funnel to improve ROI.
• Manage the online marketing budget, track spend and performance.
• Define KPIs, lead performance reviews and drive ongoing optimisation with central marketing and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate on campaign messaging, landing pages and nurturing flows.
• Ensure alignment between international and local campaigns, working with external partners.
• Select and manage digital tools and suppliers while staying within quality and budget constraints.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in online marketing and automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar digital campaign role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Goal‑oriented, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
• Willingness to work on Vlerick’s campuses in Ghent and Brussels and adapt to a transitioning team environment.
