Medior Digital Marketeer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Medior Digital Marketeer who will own and optimise our digital channels to generate qualified inbound leads. You will work independently, monitor performance, fix issues and report results while becoming an expert on our product and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the company website, YouTube channel and SEO/GEO strategy.
• Set up and manage outbound email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
• Execute newsletter and regular email communications for customers and partners.
• Manage LinkedIn presence, create posts and explore paid advertising opportunities.
• Own website traffic, lead conversion and key performance metrics, acting on trends proactively.
• Research, test and implement new marketing and AI tools to increase automation.
• Improve Salesforce AppExchange presence and lead generation.
• Support trade‑show, webinar and event marketing activities, including administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or Pardot.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, GEO, Google Analytics, Semrush, WordPress or similar tools.
• Experience managing a LinkedIn company page and B2B marketing, preferably in a high‑tech software environment.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of tracking, reporting and improving performance metrics.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
