SEO/GEO Specialist Contractor

About the role

We are seeking an Organic Search Specialist on a temporary contractor assignment within team.blue’s Marketing Center of Excellence. The role will own SEO/GEO strategy for the Belgian market, support the Dutch brands, and contribute to cross‑brand organic search projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and coordinate the SEO roadmap for the BE market in partnership with local teams.
• Support the NL senior specialist with SEO/GEO optimisation for the Netherlands.
• Conduct technical audits and provide recommendations to improve crawlability and indexation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to launch initiatives that boost visibility, traffic and conversions from SEO and large language models.
• Monitor industry developments and translate them into new project opportunities.
• Share knowledge within the central organic search team to elevate overall SEO expertise.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical, content and outreach aspects of SEO.
• Experience with GEO/LLM optimisation is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish; additional European language is advantageous.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SEO initiatives.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid communication and collaboration skills.
