Senior Test Manager

About the role

Everience is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead testing activities across multiple AI‑driven projects. You will define test strategies, coordinate releases, and guide a dedicated testing team in Moldova, ensuring high‑quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain overall test strategy, approach, and detailed test plans.
• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive testing scopes covering integration, system, end‑to‑end, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Prioritise test activities based on business impact, technical risk, and release dependencies.
• Coordinate testing across three to five concurrent projects, managing scope, resources, timelines, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure test environments, data, and resources are ready on schedule and adapt plans to scope changes.
• Lead a team of four to six testers, setting objectives, priorities, and deadlines.
• Provide clear visibility on test progress, defects, risks, and release readiness to support go/no‑go decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level test management within complex, multi‑project environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to challenge priorities and anticipate delivery risks.
• Excellent communication skills to align testing efforts with business and IT stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing small to medium testing teams.
