Senior Software Engineer (Go + Kubernetes) – Remote Work

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who specializes in Go and deep Kubernetes internals to help build and operate a Kubernetes-native platform that powers large-scale enterprise data deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Go-based components for a Kubernetes-native platform infrastructure.
• Manage cluster lifecycle, create Kubernetes extensions, and implement platform services beyond application deployment.
• Build and maintain containerised services with strong Docker and container runtime expertise.
• Work on networking and storage layers, including CNI integrations and volume management.
• Collaborate with platform teams to deliver reliable, production-ready Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews and help define platform engineering standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 4+ years of professional experience using Go as the primary language.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management.
• Solid understanding of Docker and containerisation concepts.
• Good grasp of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, CNI, and load balancing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
