About the role

We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing to lead a global portfolio of in‑person events. This role will shape high‑impact programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen customer relationships within a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategy, planning, and performance measurement for enterprise‑level experiential programs.
  • Develop event‑driven pipeline generation tactics, including target account lists, opportunity goals, and post‑event follow‑up in partnership with sales.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end event operations: agency coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag, contracts, and budgets.
  • Create integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, partnerships, and content to attract high‑value attendees.
  • Track and report on metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, ROI, attendance, and deal acceleration.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, customer success, partnerships, content, design, and marketing operations to ensure alignment.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools and market intelligence to improve planning, research, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as primary accountability for assigned events, proactively managing risks and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B experiential or event marketing, preferably within enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital services.
  • Proven track record of delivering events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort using AI‑driven tools for decision‑making.
  • Excellent project management skills in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
