Senior Manager – Energy & Utilities

About the role

Avertim is seeking a Senior Manager for its Energy Business Unit to lead the growth of consulting services in Belgium. You will combine business development, client relationship management and team leadership to deliver high‑impact projects for energy and utilities clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new consulting opportunities, expanding Avertim’s footprint in the Belgian energy market.
• Build and maintain a robust client portfolio aligned with performance, innovation and compliance objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants and Junior Business Managers.
• Collaborate with HR on career development and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of consulting experience covering business development, account management and team leadership within the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
