Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Septentrio is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive the evolution of its infrastructure platform. You will act as a bridge between development, security, verification and operations, fostering a culture of automation and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery.
• Integrate security and compliance checks (e.g., SBOM generation, secret scanning) directly into pipelines.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor system health, performance and uptime, ensuring scalability and security.
• Automate repetitive tasks related to environment provisioning, testing and release management.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of production incidents and troubleshoot deployment failures.
• Collaborate across development, QA and IT teams to break down silos and improve delivery speed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in DevOps or related fields.
• Strong technical mastery combined with the ability to mentor colleagues and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Commitment to best practices, security and quality, even under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills.
