SAP/S4/HANA Program Lead

About the role

Infosys Consulting's Digital Platforms Practice, which delivers digital ERP solutions and services to large global firms, is looking for an SAP/S4/HANA Program Lead in Belgium. The role leads complex SAP business transformation programs from start to finish, delivering them within budget, on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
• Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business and change management teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, and present value-based propositions to clients.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering full-lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Experience in global delivery with offshore resources and leading teams locally and remotely.
• Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Willingness to travel for project-related mobility.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of setting up programs, including IT, business and change components.
• Ability to define and apply program delivery frameworks.
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, able to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to gather, validate, document and communicate data to a range of audiences.
