Sales & Marketing Intern – Hospitality

About the role

Join the Sales & Marketing Department of the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place as an intern and gain hands‑on experience in hospitality marketing. You will support the creation of promotional content, help maintain the hotel’s digital presence, and contribute to brand visibility across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, menus, flyers, and other communication assets.
• Produce and edit visual content—including photos, videos, and graphics—using image and video editing software.
• Support the update and management of the hotel’s website and digital content.
• Help promote seasonal offers, packages, and services across various communication channels.
• Contribute to social‑media content creation while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with operational departments to develop marketing assets that enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and perform administrative tasks for the department.

Required profile

• Creative and proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English (French also required).
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Fluent English; French language proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
