Sales Manager – Government & Associations

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the Government and Associations segment for Hotel Amigo, a historic boutique hotel in the heart of Brussels. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for generating new room and conference business, nurturing existing key accounts, and ensuring the hotel meets its commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of government and association accounts.
• Prospect new business through calls, site visits, referrals and participation in trade shows.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts and promotional rates aligned with pricing policies.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and account productivity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain accurate client databases, account profiles and reporting tools.
• Organise familiarisation (FAM) trips and attend sales events in Brussels and abroad.

Required profile

• Strong background in luxury hospitality sales, preferably with experience in government or association accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• High personal and professional standards with a customer‑focused mindset.
