Sales Assistant – Retail Store (Brussels)

About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Flabelus in Brussels, you will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, welcoming customers and creating a memorable shopping experience. You will support daily store operations, help achieve sales targets, and embody the brand’s values in every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Meet daily and monthly sales goals while applying commercial strategies defined by management.
• Deliver personalized, warm, and attentive customer service, advising clients on product details and styling.
• Maintain a welcoming and inspiring store atmosphere, ensuring visual standards and cleanliness.
• Support stockroom organization, product replenishment, inventory control, and handle returns, exchanges, and online order follow‑ups.
• Complete store control documents, incident reports, and assist the manager with daily reporting and operational tracking.
• Communicate client feedback, incidents, and operational needs to the manager and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Outgoing, kind, and sales‑oriented with a genuine interest in fashion and customer care.
• Positive, proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask efficiently as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or premium brands is highly valued.
• Good level of English; French and/or Dutch are a strong advantage for the Brussels market.
