Senior Sales Manager – Digital Media

About the role

Locala is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to strengthen its Belgium sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will drive new business, manage client relationships, and ensure the adoption of Locala’s location‑based advertising technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and build a portfolio of clients across the Benelux region.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation and presentations to closing and renewal.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with account management and trading teams to upsell and expand client spend.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and provide weekly pipeline updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital/mobile advertising sales with a proven track record.
• Established network of contacts in Benelux media agencies.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
