About the role
Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is looking for Repair Operators to join its MRO team at Brussels Airport. You will work on the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737MAX families.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and adjustments on aircraft engine parts.
- Review work documents, including materials, technical instructions and reference procedures.
- Perform tasks accurately while respecting planning and shift schedules.
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with HSE rules.
- Report issues, difficulties or risks using designated reporting tools.
- Communicate the status of activities at the end of each shift.
- Participate in working groups for continuous improvement, error analysis and audits.
Required profile
- Secondary education diploma in a technical field.
- Good technical English; basic Dutch or French with willingness to improve.
- Willingness to work in two shifts (6 am‑2 pm or 2 pm‑10 pm).
- Team‑oriented attitude in a multilingual environment.
- Legal authorization to work in Belgium (EU passport or valid work & residence permit).
