Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in both languages, turning inquiries into positive experiences while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email and phone.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Understanding of e‑commerce and CRM systems.
