About the role

We are looking for a Remote Administrative Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering clear, empathetic assistance across email, chat, and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Document all interactions in our CRM, track open cases, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high-quality communication standards and handle complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training, and stay updated on product changes.

Required profile
