About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to drive business development, manage client relationships, and match top talent with project needs. You will act as a strategic partner for both clients and consultants, ensuring successful project delivery and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients and strategic accounts.
• Define and implement commercial strategies for consulting projects, translating client needs into tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Advise clients at a strategic level on challenges and project opportunities.
• Select and match consultants to client projects, optimizing talent utilization.
• Manage negotiations to achieve profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Monitor commercial and operational performance, analyze KPIs, and report results.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and consultants, ensuring quality, continuity, and long‑term collaboration.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
• Experience in business development, preferably within consulting.
• Interest in recruitment and talent matching.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills balancing business goals and client needs.
• Highly autonomous, well‑organized, and focused on quality and results.
• Higher education not mandatory; relevant professional experience is valued.
