Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Whale is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition end‑to‑end. You will drive qualified B2B SaaS leads through strategic, data‑driven campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, leveraging AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and bid management to generate qualified leads.
• Write high‑converting ad copy and coordinate creative production with freelancers or designers.
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, ad variants, and conversion paths.
• Build dashboards, track attribution, and report weekly on performance.
• Collaborate on landing‑page tests to improve conversion rates.
• Use AI tools to accelerate copy creation, analysis, reporting, and creative briefs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing or paid advertising for B2B SaaS.
• Track record of delivering measurable leads or pipeline growth.
• Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.
• AI‑first mindset: constantly seeking ways AI can speed up work.
• Data‑driven approach comfortable with A/B testing, CRO, and analytics.
• Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy in a fast‑paced scale‑up.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and dashboard creation.
