Organization & Improvement Manager – HR

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, impact‑driven colleague to join our People & Organization team as Organization & Improvement Manager. In this role you will help FBC Group become more agile, efficient and future‑ready by leading organizational transformation, simplifying ways of working and strengthening cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end organizational transformation projects, from operating model design to implementation, ensuring clear structures, roles and governance.
• Drive strategic cross‑functional programmes such as post‑merger integration, digital transformation, IT solution roll‑outs and other group‑wide improvement initiatives.
• Map, document and analyse key processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify, harmonise and improve efficiency across departments and entities.
• Develop an overview of organisational structures, responsibilities and workload distribution to support fact‑based decision‑making.
• Engage and align stakeholders across functions and countries, breaking silos and ensuring initiatives are understood, adopted and embedded in daily work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading organisational change or improvement programmes within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategic priorities into concrete action plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
