Payroll Team Leader – Payroll & Personnel Administration

About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Team Leader to supervise payroll operations and personnel administration for KONE BeLux. Reporting to the HR Director, you will guide a team, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with global and local processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the payroll team to implement the organization’s payroll and administration strategy.
• Continuously optimise payroll and administration processes and tools for efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities, define actions and implement optimal solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and oversee related projects.
• Maintain collaboration with the shared services centre in Bratislava.
• Participate in compensation and benefits projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Belgian payroll for blue‑collar and white‑collar employees.
• Experience in optimising and digitising payroll processes.
• Strong internal networking and communication abilities.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of Evolution/DOTS (Attentia) and exposure to Luxembourg and French payroll is a plus.
