About the role

We are looking for a Night Audit professional to join our vibrant hotel team. In this role you will ensure a seamless and secure guest experience during the night shift, handling all front‑desk operations with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile financial transactions.
• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs during night hours.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor security and safety of the property throughout the shift.
• Prepare and submit audit reports to the day‑time front office team.
• Maintain front‑desk documentation and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
