Receptionist (Day & Night Shifts)

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Receptionist working both day and night shifts. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure while embodying the brand’s "Yes I Can!" service ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate front‑desk records and financial transactions.
• Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
