Multilingual Customer Service Representative (Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, English)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic multilingual Customer Service Representative to join Volvo’s Central‑East team. You will help keep vehicles on the road by providing first‑line support for breakdowns across Europe and ensuring clear communication between dealers, customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line assistance for international vehicle breakdowns, responding to customer inquiries throughout Europe.
• Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers to keep them informed about repair progress.
• Collaborate with a dedicated 24/7 support team, participating in rotating weekend and night shifts.

Required profile

• Bachelor‑level education or equivalent thinking level.
• Fluent in English, Czech, Polish and Lithuanian (minimum B2).
• Flexible to work full‑time with rotating shifts every 6‑8 weeks.
• Valid driving licence (category B) to travel to the workplace.
