Multilingual Customer Service Representative (Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, English)

About the role

Volvo Group is seeking an enthusiastic multilingual Customer Service Representative to join its Central‑East team. You will provide first‑line support for vehicle breakdowns across Europe, ensuring customers receive fast and reliable assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for international vehicle breakdowns throughout Europe.
• Maintain regular communication with dealers and customers to keep them informed about repair progress.
• Collaborate with a 24/7 dedicated team to deliver efficient service.

Required profile

• Bachelor‑level education or equivalent thinking level.
• Fluent in English, Czech, Polish and Lithuanian (minimum B2).
• Flexible to work full‑time schedule with rotating weekends and night shifts.
• Valid driving licence (category B) for commuting.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in four languages.
