About the role
Volvo Group is seeking an enthusiastic multilingual Customer Service Representative to join its Central‑East team in Gent. You will be the first point of contact for international breakdowns across Europe, ensuring customers receive fast and reliable support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line assistance for vehicle breakdowns throughout Europe.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers and customers to update repair progress.
- Collaborate with a dedicated 24/7 support team, rotating through weekends and night shifts.
Required profile
- Bachelor‑level education or equivalent thinking level.
- Fluent in English, Czech, Polish and Lithuanian (minimum B2).
- Flexible to work full‑time with rotating weekend and night shifts.
- Valid driving licence (category B) for commuting to the site.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in four languages.
