Knowledge Engineering Associate Manager

About the role

The Knowledge Engineering Associate Manager leads a significant knowledge engineering scope within a large program, shaping how real‑world problems are turned into scalable AI and knowledge‑graph solutions. The role involves thought leadership, technical direction, and cross‑team collaboration to deliver end‑to‑end AI and semantic offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of Knowledge Graph solutions that transform client data architectures.
• Direct AI and semantic solution delivery, ensuring seamless integration of all components.
• Collaborate with project leaders, delivery leads and client stakeholders to create graph‑powered Data & AI offerings.
• Build strong client relationships and make business cases for semantic layer solutions.
• Contribute to Accenture sales and pre‑sales activities and provide thought leadership on technology trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least four of the listed technical experiences.
• Proven experience in Knowledge Graph technologies (RDF, SPARQL, LPG, SHACL) and ontology management.
• Experience leading a team or workstream within a larger program.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, research and product teams in multiple time zones.
• Client‑facing consulting experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge Graph technologies: RDF, SPARQL, LPG, SHACL.
• Schema design, ontology management and KG curation.
• Graph‑based ML models and end‑to‑end data pipelines for AI (including LLMs).
• Relational databases, object stores, graph databases (Stardog, Neo4j, Amazon Neptune) and vector databases.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache NiFi, Airflow.
• NLP, search techniques, prompt engineering and enterprise‑scale LLM applications.
