DevOps Engineer

About the role

Join Netcompany as a DevOps Engineer and help shape the future of digital services across Europe. You will work on building, maintaining and continuously improving CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for large‑scale public sector projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Automate application builds, testing and deployments across development, acceptance, training and production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Ansible or similar to provision repeatable environments.
• Work with containerised applications, Kubernetes or other orchestration platforms.
• Integrate security and quality checks into pipelines and support multi‑environment deployments.
• Provide monitoring, logging and alerting solutions and contribute to incident resolution and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in DevOps, CI/CD or software delivery.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with developers and operations teams.
