About the role
As a Member Experience Manager you will be the primary point of contact for members at our Brussels location, ensuring their daily work experience is exceptional. You will combine business acumen with a customer‑centric mindset to drive community engagement and support sales initiatives. This role blends operational oversight with relationship building in a fast‑growing workspace environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the go‑to problem solver and day‑to‑day liaison for members, handling requests of any size.
- Organise and communicate all operational details to guarantee smooth office functioning.
- Identify and prospect potential members, delivering consultative tours and tailored solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events that showcase the workspace and foster member interaction.
- Represent Industrious in the local market, building relationships with business leaders and community partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the member experience and address feedback.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine curiosity about people’s needs.
- Detail‑oriented and resilient, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable communicating with senior executives, including CEOs.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences and community programming.
