Medior Digital Marketeer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Medior Digital Marketeer to own and optimise our digital channels. You will be responsible for driving qualified inbound leads and reporting on the performance of every campaign.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the company website and YouTube channel, handling SEO, keyword tracking and technical fixes.
• Set up, manage and analyse outbound email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
• Execute newsletter and regular email communications for customers and partners.
• Manage the LinkedIn company page, create posts and explore paid advertising opportunities.
• Track website traffic, lead conversion and other key metrics, identifying trends and acting on them.
• Research, test and implement new marketing tools with a focus on automation.
• Improve the company’s presence on the Salesforce AppExchange to generate leads.
• Support trade shows, webinars and industry events, handling related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate joint marketing activities with partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or Pardot.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and related tools (Semrush, WordPress, RankMath).
• Experience managing a LinkedIn company presence.
• Background in B2B marketing, preferably within a high‑tech software environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, report and improve performance metrics.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
