Logistics Operator – Supply Chain & Radioactive Materials

About the role

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Logistics Operator to support daily supply chain and logistics operations for its radiopharmaceutical portfolio. Based in Seneffe, Belgium, the role requires on‑site presence five days a week and reports to the Logistics Manager – EMEA & Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of finished products and supporting materials.
• Organise and monitor shipments of radioactive and non‑radioactive materials in compliance with ADR, IATA, IMDG and local regulations.
• Prepare, label, package, document and trace radioactive shipments according to regulatory and customer requirements.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, CMOs and external logistics partners to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.
• Follow up on incoming import shipments, handling customs and transport documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels of finished products and packaging materials to ensure continuity of supply.
• Support management of radioactive material inventories, including storage conditions and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, ensure audit‑ready shipping documentation and act as backup for warehousing management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, audits, inspections, deviations, CAPAs and investigations related to logistics and transport activities.

Required profile

• On‑site presence in Seneffe, Belgium, five days per week.
• Ability to work under the supervision of the Logistics Manager – EMEA & Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser.
• Commitment to compliance with GMP, GDP, radiation protection and EHS policies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ADR/IATA/IMDG transport regulations for dangerous goods.
• Understanding of cGMP and GDP compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with radiation safety procedures and documentation.
• Experience with customs and transport documentation.
• Inventory management of pharmaceutical and radioactive materials.
