Senior Manager, Central EMEA Supply Chain Planning

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior leader to head the Central EMEA Supply Chain Planning organization. The role drives regional planning strategy, transformation initiatives and aligns commercial, supply chain and financial objectives across a complex, matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional planning vision, operating model and multi‑year capability roadmap.
• Lead demand planning, integrated business planning (IBP), inventory management, replenishment and service management for the EMEA region.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain leaders to meet revenue, profitability, service and cash‑flow targets.
• Own IBP governance, demand reconciliation and executive decision support, including scenario analysis and risk escalation.
• Develop and implement inventory and service strategies, SLOB reduction programs and crisis‑management playbooks.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain planning or related functions within a global, highly matrixed organization.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to influence portfolio, network and capacity decisions through data‑driven business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning regional, country and global teams.
• Track record of driving digital transformation, analytics adoption and continuous improvement in planning processes.
