Stock Coordinator & Logistics Specialist – Rail

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Coordinator & Logistics Specialist focused on rail operations at our Feluy site. You will work closely with the planning team to define loading plans, manage railcar fleets, and ensure timely delivery of finished products and raw materials.

Key responsibilities

• Define loading plans based on production schedules and stock levels.
• Organise rail deliveries of finished products and resupply of selected raw materials.
• Monitor railcar availability, maintenance, and workshop status to optimise fleet rotation.
• Support system updates, end‑of‑month inventory reconciliation and RTC/road transfer order follow‑up.
• Allocate railcars to the right product according to production demand, customer specifications and maintenance windows.
• Maintain strong relationships with rail operators and railcar owners.
• Ensure safety, health and environment (SHE) considerations are integrated into all transport activities.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or rail transport coordination, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret planning files and adjust loading plans.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external rail partners.
