Learning & Development Expert – Energy Sector

About the role

Join a leading Belgian player in the energy sector and help shape the future of electricity transmission. As a Learning & Development Expert you will partner with business units to design, deliver and evaluate impactful learning solutions that close skill gaps and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement blended learning tracks (classroom, e‑learning, micro‑learning, mobile) for Grid Solutions and Large Projects.
• Translate learning needs analyses into clear objectives and structured learning paths.
• Select appropriate learning formats, balancing new content creation with reuse of existing assets and integrating external solutions when needed.
• Maintain didactic quality, coherence and learner engagement across all solutions.
• Monitor learning progress, completion rates and contribute to the evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Align local initiatives with group offerings to avoid duplication and fragmentation.
• Act as a bridge between strategic priorities and operational execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing blended learning journeys.
• Hands‑on experience administering an LMS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong instructional design and didactic skills for both classroom and digital formats.
• Ability to combine learning design with project management, communication and change‑management techniques.
• Passionate about education and internal customer satisfaction.
• Team‑oriented, able to build relationships with business stakeholders and external partners.
