Key Lead – Store Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience by supervising the floor, coaching Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, and keeping store operations running smoothly. As a member of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives daily sales performance through excellent service and effective team management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, including store preparation and secure shutdown.
• Operate Register and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Process and fulfill OMNI‑channel orders for online and in‑store customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while actively driving sales.
• Build, maintain, and refresh visual merchandising displays.
• Analyze sales and operational reports to support decision‑making.
• Protect store assets through rigorous inventory control and loss‑prevention measures.
• Represent the Hollister brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering a memorable shopping experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
