Junior Windows System Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Windows System Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will support customers’ Microsoft‑based IT environments, providing first‑ and second‑line assistance and helping to keep their systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and end‑user devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, escalating complex incidents when needed.
• Manage user accounts, groups and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Support Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Prepare and deploy Windows devices using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows workstations and basic Windows Server environments.
• Perform software deployments, Windows updates and driver management.
• Monitor alerts, assist with incident resolution and document solutions in the ITSM platform.

Required profile

• Passionate about Microsoft technologies and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive and solution‑driven.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
