Investment Associate

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international investment platform to expand its Brussels team. The Investment Associate will support long‑term investments across a wide range of sectors, focusing on Consumer and Healthcare businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of new investments, including financial analysis, valuation and due diligence.
• Participate in deal sourcing and screening of investment opportunities.
• Work closely with portfolio companies on value‑creation initiatives.
• Prepare investment materials for internal decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or strategy consulting.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Interest in Consumer and/or Healthcare sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
