Business Analyst – Financial Services (Agile)

About the role

DigiTribe is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Financial Services to join its Agile delivery teams. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into clear, testable requirements and help deliver high‑impact solutions for clients in the payments sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with stakeholders to understand needs and co‑create value‑driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable, and actionable requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Contribute to backlog prioritization focusing on value, impact, and simplicity.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the team in delivering incremental features, favouring adaptability over rigidity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Business Process Modelling tools (BPMN, Visio, Draw.io, Adonis).
• Agile project tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Cards & Payments processes.
