IAM Analyst / Architect

About the role

The IAM Analyst/Architect will join the Security team of a leading French digital services group. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining and continuously improving the Identity & Access Management (IAM) ecosystem across the client environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall IAM strategy, including IAM, PAM, MFA and SSO solutions, in line with regulations such as NIS2.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to design and adapt Join‑Move‑Leave (JML) processes and Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
• Maintain and validate role‑based (RBAC) and attribute‑based (ABAC) access definitions on a regular basis.
• Analyse user access roles, identify compliance gaps and propose remediation actions.
• Lead user access recertification campaigns and ensure audit‑ready documentation.
• Automate IAM workflows and improve existing processes to increase efficiency.
• Act as the functional lead for all IAM‑related tools deployed in the environment.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of IAM governance, lifecycle management and security standards.
• Experience working closely with HR, IT infrastructure and business units.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM solutions.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying gaps and delivering practical solutions.
