Application Support Engineer – Banking & Finance Projects

About the role

Join Nexeo as an Application Support Engineer and work on a strategic project for a major financial institution. You will be part of an international consultancy that assists banks, insurers and finance firms throughout their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor assigned support requests and implement corrective actions.
• Deploy application releases and ensure smooth roll‑outs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents affecting critical applications.
• Install, configure and maintain new applications in production environments.
• Provide technical expertise for new project initiatives and enhancements.

Required profile

• Motivated, flexible and open‑minded professionals ready to act as Nexeo consultants.
• Strong interest in banking, finance or insurance IT environments.
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• IIS web server administration
• Apache web server administration
• Windows Server administration
• Linux environment administration
• Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, load balancers, certificates, firewalls
