HR Officer – Employee Experience & Operations

About the role

Colliers Belgium is seeking an HR Officer to support a dynamic team of 60 professionals. This role offers the chance to own HR operations, deepen your expertise, and directly influence the employee experience across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end personnel administration with high accuracy.
• Handle contract administration, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Oversee employee benefits, company car management, and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure smooth employee setup and manage office resources such as parking cards and lockers.
• Keep HR policies and work regulations current and support health & safety initiatives.
• Act as the main liaison with payroll provider SD Worx, preparing and validating payroll inputs.
• Provide advisory support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to HR projects, process optimisation, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Co‑organise team and office events that foster engagement.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in HR or a first professional HR role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.
• Eagerness to deepen HR knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with the payroll platform SD Worx.
