About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Office Coordinator to support our people operations and ensure the smooth running of our Brussels office. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Office Manager, playing a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support all stages of recruitment, from job posting to interview coordination.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, digitalisation of HR processes, and AI‑driven improvements.
- Assist with performance and evaluation cycles, including career development follow‑up.
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and policy documents.
- Help develop and implement the annual training plan.
- Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks, office supplies, and service‑provider relationships.
- Liaise with IT providers to ensure office devices and phone services run efficiently.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR, administrative, or office coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands‑on mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in HR processes and employee experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
