HR Business Analyst

About the role

As an HR Business Analyst at DEME, you will bridge business needs with digital solutions, shaping the future of HR operations. You will analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable requirements that support the broader HR strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing HR processes and information flows to pinpoint optimisation opportunities.
• Convert insights into concrete use cases and detailed functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and key users to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment.
• Define new or refined processes and contribute to the design of digital HR solutions.
• Participate in project teams, shaping scope, approach, and delivering intensive workshop sessions.
• Support decision‑making through structured analyses, impact assessments, risk evaluations, and recommendations.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout, focusing on quality, adoption, and smooth transition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst, project coordinator, consultant, or similar role.
• Proven experience in multi‑stakeholder project environments with end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong structuring and stakeholder‑management abilities; capable of asking the right questions and guiding decisions.
• Ability to quickly grasp business logic, zoom in/out, and contextualise topics.
• Ownership mindset with systematic progress tracking and follow‑through.
• Solution‑oriented, combining analytical thinking with pragmatic execution.
• Affinity for HR processes and tools.
